i'm into week 2 of uni d..and so far, i've already had one presentation for one of my units which i got 9/10 for it!!! wheeeeeee!!! and the best part is, i stand a chance to score another 1 mark to make it full if only i open my mouth to question the other students during their presentation *BIG GRINS*

ooooo and there was the Green Week in uni..i THOUGHT it has something to do with being enviromentally friendly or so I thought..instead, it is about drinking..GREEN because Australia's fav beer, VB is GREEN in colour..so yeah..you'll see students passed out on in front of campus center in the afternoon, grusome vomitting, and oh yeah, some unneccessary flashing of certain parts of the human body O_o''

on a totally separate note, i might get a part time job soon :) all thanks to ch who helped me...the manager is gonna review my resume and if she likes it, i might just get an interview :) :) :) oh btw, its 3G on campus..

so she came and left
initially i thought 10 days was really long but now come to think bout it, it was just nice =)

i really enjoyed her company for the last 10 days
and it was such a surreal feeling that someone close back home is here with me here in Melb!! =)

and i guess it is something to be proud off coz i knew her since kindy!! YES!! kindy
she was my play mate, kindy mate, sunday school and children church mate, YA! mate and church mate!!
char, we go a lonnnnnngggggggg way!! hehehe..there's no running from me..

i just wanna let you know that i love you a lot and i really appreciate this friendship of ours =)

of scones and brit wannabe's

feeling very brit-ish today as a result of doing so much brit-ish activities and hanging ard a certain somebody =) hehehe..i had heaps of fun!!
we went up to mount dandenong to Miss Marple and Pies in the Skies for scones and pies
the fresh from the oven scones with cream and jam..with yorkshire tea..ahhhhh!!!! absolutely lovely
and i think the atmosphere and the settings made us way more prim and proper then we currently r..tee hee hee *must laugh politely*
plus we also visited these victorian shops and toys shops which was really beautiful and not to mention expensive too

mt dandenong, i will be back!!

Sydney (Part 4)

5th Day
it rained =( cold and gloomy just like what i was feeling coz it was our last day
BUT aint no mountain high enough, aint no valley low enough, aint no river wide enough, to keep you (krispy kreme) away from me!!!

after that we headed to the National Sydney Maritime Museum..i wasnt really interested in all this army-navy stuff but 'something' did caught my eye..a skull image on the wall *grins* before you all go WHAT??!!!?? lemme show ya'll this:

cool-lio right?? hur hur hur..Jack has a hidden talent ok..he's like some HongKong Model Wannabe..

so that was pretty much it..5 days 4 nights in Sydney =) after this trip, i realised that i like to travel..hur hur..exp hobby man..oh well..Charlotte is here to stay with me for 10 days..wooots!! c ya peeps ard..

Sydney (Part 3)

4th Day
alas!! this is the day i've been waiting for =) Hillsongs Night Rally!! wooots!!

however, the day didn't start of very well coz i was down with a headache..to add to it, i was quite frus while queing up for my tickets coz the line aint moving and it was gonnnna start dyyyy!!!! PLUS there was no hp line PLUS my hp died on me O_0''.. in the midst of my frus mood, somebody tapped me on the shoulder..it was Dan =) hehehe..right timing!! so i whined and complained while he smile and listen..hur hur hur..

the night rally was awesome, period!! the opening was FANTASTIC...it featured Darlene singing 'How Great Is Our God' on top of Sydney Harbour Bridge!!! i mean, the Harbour Bridge was already so magnificent and by her singing the song on top of the bridge shows how even more magnificent our God is =) ahhh, wish i could stay back for the whole conference =(

Sydney (Part 2)

3rd Day
we hit the Fish Market where i finally got the chance to meet up with my boy, Ikesh from SAM, Taylors..it was really good to see him..weird how i expected him to be shy and quiet among my friends but boy did he surprise me =)


oooooo i absolutely love oysters!!!! weeeee!!! slurp slurp slurp..poor thing Ikesh, he almost choke and puke it out O_o'' sucha waste..tsk tsk..

we also visited the Darling Harbour and Bondi Beach..weird enough, we had amazing whether..as in, it was cold but the sun was up and shinning bright =) no complains from me..i love the sun!! i'm a sun-lovin kinda person..hehehe

later that day, i had dinner with my other boys, Keith, Miao-vin and DanPua....i'm a lucky lucky kucky girl =) coz i got to meet up with everyone who is overseas from church back home (i know both the jon's r envious..hehehe)

it was really good to catch up with Keith..it was as if he was Paul going from church to church to encourage the ppl..its been a long time since i've felt chanllenge, motivated and encourage!! God really works in ways i least expect..initially i thought this trip to Sydney would be just a holiday for me to enjoy and for me to get away from everything..but instead, it was a time where God refreshed me spritually and emotionally =) what can i say?? He definitely has my best interest at His heart =)

Sydney (Part 1)

i had a blast in Sydney with 9 other ppl =)

1st Day
we had an early start..we were a weee bit early at the airport so we played a few games of bridge =)

upon arrival in Sydney, i was shocked to see Sydney looking like that..hahaha..i mean i've always thought Sydney would be something like Melb but instead it looked like KL to me..hur hur hur..so many cars, not many trams, so so so many asian ppl O_o (not tht i got anything against them..hehehe), rowdy Sydney-nians..uhhhh, Melb is still the best la...hehehe...

after settling down in YHA Central, we had lunch in China Town..when i stepped into this food court in Market City, it was as if i was in Sungai Wang in KL..literally!! it was cool..and at night, we ate in Pancakes at the Rocks where we waited for nearly 1 1/2 hours but lemme show you why it was worth it =)

later that night, we visited the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House in all its glory at night =)

2nd Day
we signed up for a tour to the Blue Mountain tour where we visited the three sisters, visited a rain forest and went caving in Jenolan Cave...me and ModelWannabeJack was kinda spooked after watching a horror movie on a caving experience..everything in the cave reminded us of the movie O_o'' creepy wei!! apart from that, it was a $90 well spent i must say..
